  Responsible for
  Manage Maintenance/Engineering team staff including periodic feedback and performance management, leave planning, work plans, update tasks and responsibilities.
  Manage the request process for all maintenance works in the field.
  Act as the focal point for requests for the improvement of the infrastructure.
  Prepare engineering reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends, generating reports and presentations and performing calculations.
  Maintain and improve the quality of results by completing quality assurance tests, following standards, studying, evaluating and re-designing processes.
  Liaise with project partners and coordinate as necessary to meet all site objectives.
  Respond to any security incidents by following strict NRC internal Security management procedures and ensuring the safety of staff on site.
  Keep supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders and verifying receipt.
  Overall management of on-site services, as well as provision of tools and safety equipment. Ensure payment requests are completed and processed in a timely manner in line with the project’s work plan and commitments.
  Determine engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests, analyzing and synthesizing data, maintaining control charts, preparing bid specifications.
  Maintain project team accomplishments by communicating essential information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, escalating project completion impediments.
