   Preparation & float of RFQ for Substation equipment including Cable, switchgears, Grounding system, CCTV System, Fire Alarm/Detection and Suppression System, different required materail and Assured power supply system,
   Technical Bid Evaluation and Vendor Evaluation & selection for Project.
   Design of lighting, communications, power distribution systems for office space, clean rooms, ware hous, training center and other locations of power complex including High raise building and commercial facilities.
   Review the design and complet the Electromechnical work, HVAC,plumbing and fire fight system for power complex.
   Testing of Different HVAC equipment, like chiller, evaporator unit, PACu, and smoke purge & exhaust fans system.
   Installation and testing of water deluge & sprinkler system.
   Coordinating among different departments to ensure timely availability of all resources including equipment & plant, direct materials, direct consumables, direct and in direct man-power, etc.
   To ensure site works are planned, completed to the required standards within the deadline.
   Coordinate with O & M Team Member for safe & proper hand over of system after Testing & Commission of different systems of Nuclear Power Plant.
   Directly participate in the installation of radioactive waste system installation, Power transformer Installation, BOP system of the plant,
   Directly supervisor electrical installation work of different systems of the plant as per WBC & installation procedure.
   Look after maintenance activity till the finial hand over.
   Prepare the plan for preventive, schedule maintenance after discussing the operation team.
   Preparation of daily reports for complete work and huddle with realistic remedy.
   Perform the QA/QC inspection of material at the time of receiving & installation. With proper procedure.
   Maintain all installation records & preparation of reports.
   Preparation and execution of OTOs (Order to operate) to isolate the system or equipment for maintenance, by assuring the safety and operability of the plant.
   Strong ability to handling different operational emergencies and system transients with the quick and effective operational response
   Maintaining a chronological detailed operation log of all operational activities.
   Supervision of maintenance work to ensure plant, equipment, and personal safety.
   Sufficient knowledge and operational experience with DCS, PLCs, and Control Panels.
   Coordination with Site Manager for site and construction needs and on site with the Company representatives and Subcontractors.
   Implementation of Quality and safety Plan at the construction site.
   Approval of all site and construction related works and work permits.
   Attending project management review meetings.
   Controls and supervises all Engineering and construction activities.
   Work order assignment according to schedule.

   Managing and coordinating the activities of the overall Project at the site.
   Managing the budget and cost of all activities of the project.
   Reviewing the contract documents, PTS and SEC standards.
   Preparation & submission of Daily, Weekly & fortnight Report for Client, PMO, and PM
   Define project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with Project Manager, senior management and stakeholders.
   Develop project Schedule, plans, and associated communications documents.
   Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear.
   Estimate the cost of the engineering activities and arrange the resources accordingly and ensuring completion of projects in time and within the allocated budget.
   Managing, reviewing and monitoring all the activities related to planning, Design, Engineering. Procurement, sub-contracting, and construction.
   Work as a substitute for Electrical Design Coordinator, Site Manager, Mechanical Engineer and Electrical QA/QC as per time to time requirement.
   Coordinating with concerned SEC’s Project Engineering and Design Departments and Design Consultant for the approval of the design.
   Coordinate and follow up with Design Coordinators Electrical, Civil, Mechanical for Design issue as well as with vender for technical issues.
   Review the BOQ as per design & SEC specification and coordination with supplier for quotation & finalize punches order.
   Review and supervise the HVAC , plumbing and firefighting system.
  Coordinating and follow up with Suppliers, Vendors, and manufacturers for the procurement of Material, equipment and ensuring the materials according to NG-SA standards and specifications.
   Coordinating with Manufacturers for the submission of ITPs of equipment and schedule the plan for FAT and follow up with SEC for Shipment Release in the review of FAT reports
   Coordinates with the QC department for the inspection and approval of material and equipment to arrive at the site.
   Monitoring the progress of the project and implement the SEC & company procedures in all project activities.
   Preparation of Daily Progress monitoring Sheet, to watch that, project progress is going as per scheduling and planning and its submission to PMD Engineer at Site.
   Preparation of Bi weekly and monthly report and its submission to the SEC Project management Department.
   Arrangement of Material at the site as per the requirement with coordination of site Manger & Site Engineers.
   Allocation of Man Power as per the quantum of work at the project site with coordination of site Manger & Engineers
   Planning, organizing and assigning the task to staff and prioritizing multiple activities to finish the work in a stringent time.
   Coordinate with Subcontractors and monitor the Activities related to Civil, Electrical and mechanical works.
   Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
   Ensures compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
   Technical report preparation. On behalf of my company, I am visiting the proposed SEC project sites for new Projects and preparing the site visit reports. I am also attending the Job explanation, pre BID & Post BID clarification meetings for SEC Projects and preparing the Job Explanation meeting reports.
   Review tested documents, witness and accept all required testing for SEC.
   Monitor Quality control on construction progress activities
   Responsible from equipment installation and continue energizing of electrical equipment to pre-commissioning and commissioning.
   Coordinate with Site Manger & Site Electrical Engineers for site progress
