•Provide time Management Support to Manager for effective time Management
•Design, Organize and Implement appropriate filling & record management systems
•Act as first Point of contact for Internal & External Visitors
•Screen Incoming Emails and Telephone calls, draft responses, redirect Correspondence to appropriate
department & monitor timely response
•Liaise with General Support Services Department for facilitating building Maintenance Activities
•Create Work Order, Task Order and PR’s in Maximo
•Liaise with senior level contacts, both internally and externally
•Organize and oversee High Profile meeting logistics & necessary stakeholder coordination
•Coordinate with Department Head for preparation of staff availability report and forward plans
•Coordinate Office Administration Activities
•Handle Imprest Account, ensuring that the correct procedures are followed & cash balance get reconciled
•Monthly Manpower Availability Planning & Emergency Rota Preparation
•Handle office transport & security Management
