Are you an experienced Senior Accountant with strong accounting knowledge and, ideally, experience working in a Security Services / Manpower / Facilities Management company?
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the company’s financial and accounting operations.
🔹 Position: Senior Accountant

đź’Ľ Experience: Senior-level accounting experience; **security company experience is highly preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure timely settlements.
• Monitor client invoices, collections, supplier invoices, and payment schedules.
• Support payroll accounting, staff-related costs, and manpower costing.
• Prepare monthly closing activities and assist with management reports.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Operations, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with audits, VAT-related requirements, and other financial compliance matters.
• Analyze financial data and provide accurate information to management for decision-making.
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
âś… Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar position.
âś… Experience in a security services company is highly preferred.
âś… Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT.
âś… Experience with accounting/ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
âś… Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
âś… Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
âś… Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential financial information.
âś… UAE experience is preferred.
