• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling
meetings, taking minutes, managing calendars.
• Organise the Marketing layout and order the stationery and equipment.
• Assist in the planning and hosting of marketing events.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding calls.
• Maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer
service and addressing their inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff members.
• Maintaining company procedures and documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers regarding project details and
information requirements.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Monitor the progress of marketing projects and report back to relevant
stakeholders.
• Ensure all necessary slips/invoices are sent to my finance department in a
timeous manner.
• Assisting in the creation and distribution of presentations, newsletters.
• Working closely with other team members to ensure consistent messaging across
all channels.
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
