Responsible to develop, manage and monitor the performance of multi-skilled work force and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction as per acquisition plans of the organization
? End to End recruitment through bulk hiring /job fair/ campus recruitment.
? Handling 7 branches in Mumbai region
? Handling functional implementation of HRIS - SAP / Peoplesoft with alignment to HR Process & Policies
? Developing, redesigning and implementing HR policies and processes; attending and resolving employee issues regarding policies.
? Managing end to end recruitment which includes sourcing of profiles through Naukri Portal, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, salary negotiations with selected candidates and presenting final offer to the candidates
? Recruitment process right from sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, collaborating human resource requirements and facilitating smooth joining formalities
