Summary of Career
1. General Supervision on all correspondences such as office memos, offers of employment, salary certificates, terminations, warning letters, NOC's, experience certificates.

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment initiatives from sourcing, initial interviews, setting up schedules and
on- boarding procedures.
Receive all the job applications, sort and classify based on each profession and store in database for retrieval as
and when required.
Specific recruitment processing tasks include: short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions, updating

Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports, reconciling payroll as per clients wise and monthly payroll
differentiation reports.
Maintain employees leave records, Leave calculation/Leave rules.
End of Services for all employees (on resignation/terminations) as per UAE Labour Law.
Preparing all required documents for Labour contract renewal, Visa renewals, Labour Card and visa cancellation
and providing for PRO to finalize the process.
