   To lead vendor management activities i.e. Vendor development, performance monitoring, new induction, contract management, relationship management and risk management.
   Responsible for parts and new model development till start mass production.
   Identification and sourcing of new vendors while maintaining high level of quality and services.
   Visiting and auditing vendor facility for assessment, new parts development, capacity information and quality improvement.

   To maintain info records, source list & quota arrangement in SAP.
   To Control materials stock, shortage and rejections with coordination of Inventory Dept.
   Closely liaison with factories REF/DF/WM/AC, immediate response to change in production plan (if any) and make arrangement to ensure the parts arrival accordingly.
   To estimate materials amount required for subcontract vendors to complete job orders.
   Ensure defect free and timely material supply to Subcontract suppliers.
   3rd Source material Requirement planning at subcontract suppliers.
   Coordinates and plan with Sourcing and imports for material arrivals and prioritize imports material shipments.
   Preparation of monthly supplier delivery& Quality evaluation.
   Arranging meeting of top worst suppliers based on evaluation for improvements and corrective actions.
   Monthly stock takes activity plan of Subcontract suppliers with coordination of Audit Dept.
   Reconciliation of materials of subcontract suppliers
   Prepare master data and planning parameters in SAP.
   Prepare budget forecasts of materials.
   Prepare Business Plan and action plan with the coordination of HOD.
   To evaluate supplier production capacity study as per material demand.
   WMS implementation at supplier end.
