  Responsibilities:
   Able to investigate, analyze and troubleshoot IT system & hardware,
  resolve end-user issues with laptops, desktops, network printers and
  hardware, Mobile devices (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Android, etc.).
   Responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and technical
  functions.
   Monitor, operate, coordinate, assist and train others in the operation
  of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in order to achieve
  the desired result.
   Maintain inventory of all technology devices.
   Work with third party vendors to resolve issues when required.
  Provide Support for Windows Operating system - XP-Windows, 7 – 10.
  Windows Servers (file servers, print servers, DNS, AD, RODC etc.).
   MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,
  Project) – 2000-2016.
   Understanding of a domain/corporate IT environment including
  PC/Laptop setup (Network patching, hardware relocation, software
  installations & (de)installations) .
   Assisted in network technologies (LAN, WAN, Wireless) and VPN
  (Cisco, SonicWall, Fortinet, etc.).
   Able to multi-task by working on several open tickets/projects
  simultaneously; ability to make decisions on issue resolution without
  supervision
   Scripting and programming experience should be specific to the
  require technology stack (C#, C++, Java, SQL)
