1. Inspection of material & their testing under the light of Technical Specification ISO 9001-2000 standards to achieve & delivered good quality of work.
2. Co-ordination with Client & Contractor to expedite the work in a rapid and smooth phase to achieve the milestone on time.
3. Supervision of Raft & Piling foundation (Diameter: 1.2m, Depth: 25m & 31m).
4. Supervision of Pile Caps, Pier Shafts, Canopy Section & Transoms.
5. Supervision of Precast Prestressed Post-tensioned “Box” Girders (Span 30m), Rectangular Girders (span 30~32m), “I” shape Girders (Span 43m) & RCC Solid Girders (span 12~14m).
6. Performing Girder Stressing (Jacking force: 299 M. Tons), Grouting & Launching of Girders over Elastomeric bearing pads.
7. Supervision of Underpasses i-e Box Section, Ramps, Retaining walls, Bed, Top slab & Wet-Well for Drainage system.
8. Supervision of Road Works; Sub-grade, Sub-base, Base Course, Asphalt Base Course & Wearing Course.
9. Supervision of Elevated Bus Stations & At grade Bus Stations for metro bus (120m x 9m).
10. To check and approve the BBS and Shop Drawings which is submitted by Contractor for approval.
