Summary of Career

1. Ensure that all construction works are performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.

2. Process the Inspection Requests and maintain records of their status

3. Coordinate with the Materials Inspectors and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and quality assurance testing of suspect materials.

4. Report to RE any failure of the Contractor to perform the work as per the drawings and specifications and to provide good workmanship.

---

5. Supervise contractor's activities of pouring concrete during day and or night time, witness on site tests and ensure quality controls are strictly implemented by the contractor.

---

6. Undertake MIR inspections for concrete, steel and other structure civil delivered materials to ensure compliance with the given approval.

---

7. Prepare the Field Observation for any defective and or inferior quality works observed at site and report to the senior Engineer.

---

8. Ensure and Review related materials with the approval of client.

---

9. Inspection of project site to ensure conformity and meets standardspecification.

---

10. Snagging of completed work and ensuring the rectification prior to hand over.
