1. Report to the IT Regional Manager with the responsibility of providing regional IT support across UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Pakistan and Iraq

2. Design, deploy, administer &render support to LAN/ WAN/ Wi-Fi hardware, software, communications services and other devices (personal computers, printers, wireless devices, cabling, and dedicated internet connection).

3. Develop and implement short-term and long-term IT strategic plans in coordination with the Section Head to deliver scalable and cost-effective integrated solutions that meet current and future business requirements.

4. Provide technical and directional leadership to administrators for maintaining and deploying Windows and Infrastructure service and related technologies to improve the SLA (Service Level Agreement).

5. Accountable for selection of vendors, entire procurement process of hardware/ software and third-party services; establish and maintain healthy business relations with various infrastructure and telecommunication vendors.

6. Monitor server performance, availability and capacity planning & patch management for server environments and the data center; also focus on improving system efficiencies.

7. Provide routine after-hours and emergency support in order ensure security of data, network access and backup systems; render service support to network users, user environment, security attributes and directories.

8. Lead all phases of project management from feasibility, vendor selection and implementation for infrastructure projects and software development initiatives.

9. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching technical team members, monitoring and appraising their performance.

10. Successfully led DWC Warehouse – an IT Infrastructure project as IT Project Coordinator.
