   Review import documents to ensure compliance with associated country and United Arab Emirates rules and regulations. Prepare and process Bill of Entry for customs clearance.

   Responsible for all payments checking and documentations.
   Monitoring and posting of Accounts Payables (AP) and General Ledger with reconciliation on monthly basis.

   Coordinating and following up with Clearance Agents for the shipment clearance, Delivery Order, Bill of Entry and making arrangement for its transportation
   Supervising IMPORT/EXPORT Documents (ex. TT, LC, BL, BOE, COO, Etc)
   Match Customs invoice with Commercial invoice to ensure CIF value.
   Ensure proper documentation before payment to avoid duplications.
   Maintain good relations with individuals involved in freight activities including but not limited to; Dubai Customs, Dubai Police, Dubai Port, (DNATA)
   Profit & loss account and balance sheet with on monthly comparison of previous months.
   Handling VAT Laws & Compliances including Filing VAT Returns, Accuracy of data, documents which are mandatory for VAT Compliances.
   Preparation of WPS Salary transfer on monthly basis and keeping up to date record of all employees and staff.
   Coordinating with External Auditors and completing audit on timely basis.
