1. • Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs
2. • Consult with interdepartmental resources concerning production line problems affecting productivity and take corrective action
3. • Prepare and post daily shift schedule as per the production requirements
4. • Conduct necessary analysis for each performance measure
5. • Ensure and maintain high quality of standards and high line productivity
6. • Enforce safety and sanitation regulations along with maintenance of Production Plant
