  Planning Engineer:
  – Development of Base Line Plan (Level 4) using Software PRIMAVERA (P6).
  – Preparation of Level 4 Plan for monitoring progress and assigning responsibilities.
  – Detail Resource Estimation based on standard productivity norms.
  – Resource Loading in PRIMAVERA (P6) plan.
  – Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
  – Preparation of Recovery Plans.
  – Identification potential cost saving initiatives.
  – Contribution to mitigation the risks of budget overrun.
  – Identifies update requirement of manpower, direct materials, direct consumable and equipment
  based on 3-months look ahead plan
  – Comply with all QA/QC standards as applicable to the company systems,
  policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.
  – Preparation of Method Statements for different activities.
  – Preparation of all weekly & monthly progress reports.
  – Prepare Matrix to show split of work into zones / areas and disciplines to define responsibilities.
  – Reviewing WBS and OBS to prepare their mapping.
  – Assist the Planning Manager in Preparation of budget revisions and Cost Control analysis.
  – Communication with site execution staff and In charge in a transparent manner.
  Communication with client and consultants for work related issues.
