1. Prepare Project Management Plan for a project, which should define the Project, including scope of work, deliverables, schedules and specific project objectives.

2. Initiate, plan, execute and close projects according to PMI or Prince2 accepted methodologies. Participating in budgeting by giving my input and new ideas to cut the cost

3. Promote technical excellence on the project including furtherance of the Quality Improvement Process and ensure adequate auditing in accordance with policy and procedure.

4. Coordinate and manage the design and execution between the technical office, the subcontractors, the client and its advisors.

---

5. Manage the delivery of projects through the complete life cycle from aspiration through to Operations. This will include ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meets business & technical requirements and is within the agreed budget. Projects may be internally resourced and via third parties.

6. Gather testimonials from clients. Aim for, meeting or exceeding a client expectation and monitor the same through quality report cards. Where non-compliance exists, ensure corrective action implementation occurs and plans are actively in place to turn the client's perception around.

7. Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel and develop the staff through training plans, in coordination with HR, and Technology Partner programs to ensure that our skills are on the leading edge of Technology

8. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required

9. Applying the management techniques, conducting risk assessment in order to maximize efficiency of the projects.

10. Participated in designing and technical evaluation of DDR (Detailed Design Review) Documents and presented to TRB.
