    Software’s installation with user requirement, Internet Explorer upgrading & proxy settings.
    Manage local admin rights to provide users, manage registry and services.
    Configuration of network printers, check scanner, fax, and maintaining print server.
    Ensuring NBAD security policies are applied on the desktops and laptops.
    Using SCCM for remote access, and also Citrix for FGB location NBAD users for remote access
    Solving new issue of Intellect and ultimus after update of java security.
    Installing Bit locker Encryption for laptop security and managing the Bit locker password.
    Adding configured PC and Laptops in a domain and updating the group policies and adding the PC or laptop names in Active directory as per use location.
    Installing Trend Micro Office agent Anti virus and performing system scan
    Checking ITSM( HP ticketing tool) for users issues, calling users, checking issues and taking tomorrow access from SSCM, if unable to take remote than visiting to users
    Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
    Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
