Job Title: Tech Support
Location: Remote/Virtual/Work from Home

Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT/EST
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide interns in sourcing and evaluating tech products
- Supervise the creation and editing of user manuals and product videos
- Optimize website content with proper SEO keywords
- Prepare and review technical documents and presentations
- Manage and update the knowledge base
- Ensure timely updates and uploads of products on the website
- Conduct product research to assist sales staff with customer queries

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical and
Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication
Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Electrical
Engineering, Electronics, or Automatic Control
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong interest in technology
- Must have your own Laptop/PC with good internet connection
- Flexible with EDT/EST time zone working hours
