    • Completed project of Dragon Oil Turkmenistan (DOTL) of RCM Implementation by FMECA and software module provision related to equipment in Central Processing and Storage Facility (CPSF) consisting of offshore platforms (LAM A, LAM B, LAM 28, LAM 63 etc) and Tank Area. Developed all maintenance strategies for all rotary equipment on Rig.
    • Developing Shutdown Management Plan and Asset Management Plan for MARAFIQ Saudi Arabia (Water and Electricity Utility Company) with 9 GTGs, 5 STGs, 5 Desalination Plants and Sea Water Pumps along with Auxiliary Equipment, also perform Gap Analysis of Existing Implemented RCM during Phase1 and Phase 2 performed by Shell.
    • Leading Rotary Part of FMECA based RCM project contracted by JGC (Japan) of newly build compression and transportation facility (UN-21) in upside North Hassi Massoud SONATRACH facilities.     • Conducted implementation of InforEAM system, inventory description and part codes redefinition along with assigning and verification of asset codes to all plant machinery including preparation of CAPEX and OPEX for Maint. Department.
    • Reduced downtime by 80% through measures such as RCM methodology and FMEA.
    • Successfully executed plant expansion/modification / up gradation projects such as Fabrication and Installation of lines in Engine intake area from Engine hall to reduce intake temperature in winter season and Installation of new paper type charge air filters and many other ones, using design software AutoCad and Solidworks.

    • Defined all plant locations on basis of Wartsila Coding process, Assets, reports for generation and consumption and work Flows for implementation of IBM MAXIMO 7.6
    • Analyzed vibration on routine readings of Steam Turbine and Supported Pumps

    • Performed installation activity of replacing seven Converteam generators with ABB Generators of capacity 21345 KVA; replaced steam turbine Converteam generator replacing with Jeuomont generator of capacity 17000 KVA
    • Managed outsourcing of parts which were previously in practice to be purchased from Wartsila; searched on a comparative basis, parts purchased and used
    • Provided schedules for normal operating periods, planned & forced outages to maintenance team and contractor personnel
