Summary of Career

1. Talent Acquisition & Management: Managing the Talent Acquisition process for mid and senior level management positions that involves end to end sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates to the ultimate joining formalities, on-boarding, drafting job descriptions.


2. Training & Development: Identifying training needs in coordination with department managers under the supervision of HR Business Partner & HO in Karachi by conducting TNA, and devise, deliver and evaluate skills development, leadership, team motivation, and decision making, Handling of all Pre/Post activities of Trainings, Coordination with all departments for trainings, employee engagement training programs in order to expand employee’s capabilities to achieve individual as well as corporate go


3. Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment by conducting monthly engagement activities to develop employee relations focusing on employee engagement, counseling employee’s in terms of grievance and conflict resolution, conducting exit interviews, preparing final settlement and identifying the core reasons for devising means for employee retention.


4. Payroll Management: Preparing payroll (monitoring attendance, leaves, recording overtime, incentives and allowance deductions) by HCMS software.


5. Performance Management & Compensation: Executing Performance Appraisal process by Compilation of Performance appraisal Data and Prepare analysis of appraisals / reviews as per requirement.


6. Maintain employee records, draft letters, employee medical and other documents as directed.


7. Manage office supplies stock and place orders.


8. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.


9. Organize and maintain records for important and confidential company documents.


10. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
