1. Talent Acquisition & Management: Managing the Talent Acquisition process for mid and senior level management positions that involves end to end sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates to the ultimate joining formalities, on-boarding, drafting job descriptions.
2. 5. Performance Management & Compensation: Executing Performance Appraisal process by Compilation of Performance appraisal Data and Prepare analysis of appraisals / reviews as per requirement.
6. Maintain employee records, draft letters, employee medical and other documents as directed.
7. Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
8. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
9. Organize and maintain records for important and confidential company documents.
