UPS has globally changed their CRM from TEAM to DRIVE (developed by sales force). I was spearheading the implementation and training of the new CRM for UPS India. I was able to successfully coordinate with various stakeholder viz, Sales Operation, Technical Solution Group,Sales Management, Sales Training. Implemented and completed variou crucil activity w.r.t new CRM with in the prescribe timeline of UPS Corporate and Region team.
