- Mobilization of internal employees for different projects available within the company.
- Partner with Department heads / GM’s/ VP’s of the company for effective recruitment needs.
- Partner with the management in finalizing the manpower needs based on current and future needs and mission critical projects.
- Identify external agencies and negotiate rates, for fulfilling internal short term project needs.
- Effectively mobilize team members to actively involve in other country / branch recruitment needs.
- Continuously monitor progress of internal database and strengthen it periodically.
- Organize Weekly meetings with Managers / VP’s/GM’s for progress tracking.
- Full Life Cycle recruitment (Global Talent Acquisition) right from Sourcing till onboarding, including Medical & VISA Processing for various nationalities (Eastern & Western Expats (UK/ USA/ Canada/ Australia).
- Handle all mobilization related problems (Internal & External) and rectify it without time delay.
- Handling Mobilization / Recruitment of Expatriates within the Kingdom (Different locations & Project wise) and also within other gulf regions such as UAE, Bahrain, Oman & Kuwait.
- Updating and keeping the applicants posted on the feedback through iCIMS (ATS- Applicant Tracking system).
- Handled large scale recruitment for Multi Million $ value projects such as, SADARA (Saudi Aramco –Dow Chemical JV @ Jubail- KSA, DTVC (Dhahran Techno Valley Company- Dhahran- KSA, DUQM Refinery Project at OMAN, BAB/ NEB for ADNOC Projects at UAE, and also all recruitment pertaining to EPC/ GES Engineering disciplines.
- Extensively recruited Blue Collar & White-Collar Professionals on large scale & Project specific hiring, for the above mentioned projects.
