  Recently working as QA/QC Engineer, my responsibilities primarily include;
  o As a QA-QC Engineer review all Material Submittals and Follow up Meetings with Suppliers and attend QA/QC meeting with consultant and client.
  o As a QAQC Engineer analyze the rejections of Work Inspection to find out the root cause to solve the existing problem and improvement of work procedure.
  o Perform all daily inspections and tests of the scope to achieve the quality of construction according to the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed on the site.
  o Carrying out inspections and checking for all quality related procedures at site and to ensure all activities at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
  o Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site IN charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Noncompliance Report.
  o Report to the Project Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.
  o Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for closure of Nonconformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
  o Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
  o Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
  o Follow up snags and de-snagging procedure.
  o Follow up close out / Handing over document.
  o Preparing attic stock list as per project requirement/specifications.
  o Preparing/ Reviewing the Operation & maintenance manual for handing over document.
  o Further, was also responsible for the Sampling and Testing of material being delivered at site along with maintaining a proper record of it.
  o Keeping proper record of all the documentation being done at site related to the site activity, material testing, quality standards, NCR’s, SOR’s, MIR’s, ITP’s, technical data sheet, method statements, pictures etc.
