In various hospitals and clinics i have been complete A-Z (Facility Management And Safety ) all JCIA and CBAHI required policies & Procedures.plans, also provide required training and other required documents. I understand The Joint Commission's International standards and Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) and then i assessed hospital/clinic current state of compliance and developed a gap analysis. I have been worked with relevant hospital/clinic team to develop CBAHI and JCIA required plans and its implementation. I had participated 6 mock surveys and address any findings of noncompliance with CBAHI and JCIA standards.
