1. • Installing, Configuring, Administering and Specialized in desktop support with Mac OS and Microsoft Windows OS (Win10/ Win8/ Win7/ Win XP/ Win Server 2000/ 2003/ 2008/ 2012r2/2019).
2. • Installation of Domain Controller, Additional Domain Controller, User and Group Creation, Permission and Security Policy Setting, File Sharing, DNS, DHCP, assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory, IP reservations.

6. • Manage and Support for Panasonic PABX systems, Access Control System & Biometric System. Creating User Accounts (Biometric), Creating Access Cards and providing attendance, call log to HR Department as per requirement.
7. • Desktop Support of 200 plus users in Head Office and Branch Offices. Receive client support calls through Phone, Emails, IT Helpdesk (Manage Engine Service Desk). Monitor Service Desk and respond effectively priority based or first-in first-out.
8. • Handling day to day Support escalations troubleshoot problems reported by users, managing centralization of branches using remote management such as PC Any Desk and Team viewer.
9. • Managing (Email Control Panel) and Configuring Email accounts (Rackspace, Domain, Crazy Domain, Gmail) to email client application (Outlook) in desktop, laptops and phones (Android & iPhone). Resolving the issues with emails such as Outlook Issue, Reset Passwords, etc.
10. • Prepare Service & Purchase Requisition for standard hardware’s. Manage PC Setup, Telephone Extension and Deployment for new employees, assist in user training when required and experience the way of dealing with organization’s staff.
