Successfully implemented the scheme of cost saving of worth of Rs. 20 Million/Annum by energy saving (1296000 Kwh) through chiller run on steam generated by flue gases.
Planned & executed installation Project of 300 Amp, 11KV Auto Voltage regulator (Siemens) on Mepco Feeder which resulted in cost saving of Rs 4 Million/Annum.
Increased System Load Efficiency from 75% to 85% Through Proper forecasting of Load Management.
Planned & executed Plant Load Extension Project of Mepco Feeder from 3200 KW to 4300 KW.
Synchronization & Load Distribution on both HT and LT Network with 4*1 MW Gas Engines (jenbacher 320), 3*1 MW Diesel Engine (CAT 3512). MEPCO 4.3 MW WIth CompAp Synchronization Module by RA Engineering.
Here in this Project, As a SAP PM Key User, i implemented SAP PM Module Across the plant through Migration of Data from Legacy System to SAP PM module which included a constant team effort in Preparing Master Data Plans, Maintenance Schedule Plans & integration with other Modules.
Established the Line Level Standards (LLS) by istalling the energy meters across the whole plant to monitor and record the energy consumption while launching numerous projects in minimizing their consumption.

1-Operation, Maintenance and Technical Inspection of Whole Network across the Plant that includes Power Generation Station of 07 MW Capacity (Diesel Generators & Gas Generators), 11KV Substation, MV & LV panels and also managing he operation of Compressors, Cooling towers, Testing of Earthing Schemes, Transformers installed ranging from 1500KVA to 4000KVA, Solar Plant installed of 500 KW capacity.
