I was working there as a senior accounts payable specialist. Used to receive vendors invoices, after receiving, used to sort and input it in our work flow tool. After picking invoices from there, I used to review, analyse and match with purchase order and goods received notes, after matching I used to release the payment to vendors. I used to reconcile vendors account 's statements and find out the discrepancies and resolve that. I worked on accounts payable help desk as well. There I used to receive calls and emails from vendors and used to work on that as per requirement. Apart from that, I used to maintain dashboard and many small activities in office.
