Summary of Career
Accepting challenges is the foundation of my life experiences and something I do with confidence. You will find me a totally committed individual with pride in being direct, spontaneous and communicative. I need little direction to complete assigned tasks. These are the qualities that make an excellent committed employee. From past experiences and education, I have acquired persuasive techniques that are needed to influence and make choices. My leadership skills are developed and have allowed me to spontaneously interact with ethnic diverse populations and all age groups. I am a motivator & organizer and these skills have enabled me to effectively defuse problem situations using tact. Teamwork is another skill I have acquired and one I know is necessary for organizational cohesiveness. Having said that, I would like to highlight significant diversified scenarios, I have been encouraged to write to your good self for genuine consideration over the advertised vacancy. I belong to Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, the Pashtoon (typical male dominated) society, with high cultural values and norms. Females are not encouraged to actively participate with the males in the society. Our educational systems have reservations from the local community over the co-education system. Working women have to face tremendous criticism within the family and across the society. Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa and FATA (bordering tribal areas), have been under the enormous impact of terrorism (Talibanization) in the recent times. Working women were clearly asked not to seek education / involve in professions with males. Despite of such strict cultural and social pressures, I have confidently acquired my education and profession with the aim to prove my identity in a male dominated society. I am positive that giving me consideration to work at your renowned organization, it would really change the dynamics of my professional career. I will be able to excel my career as a female and can be a source of inspiration to other females in my society.
