Fire Proofing & Heater refractory Installment. • Field Walk Down, Hydro Testing, Air Blowing Punch Listing. • Study of P& ID & PFD and rectifying drawing and engineering problem. • Down Flow Reactor having (Ni Como) catalyst (KF-757) to remove impurities likes Sulpher, Metals, and Nitrogen etc. NHT SECTION: • Down Flow Reactor to remove impurities Sulpher, Nitrogen, Oxygen and Metals like (Arsenic, Lead) with the help of hydrogen in the presence of Cobalt Molybdenum(S-120) catalyst. REFORMER SECTION: • Radial Flow reactors in which Dehydrogenation, Isomerization, Dehydrocyclization and Hydro cracking of Naphtha (HSRN) done to achieve 90 RONC in the presence of Platinum Rhenium (R-56) catalyst. LPG & DISTILLATION SECTION: • Operate LPG Sweating Section for removal of H2S, condensate & moisture. • Controlling and monitoring unit parameters for achieving on spec products. i.e. (LPG, Naphtha, JP1, MTT, LWK, HSD, DFO, FFO). • Desalter and desalting normal operation including its troubleshooting. • Continuous monitoring of Furnace for optimum fuel consumption, ensuring safe furnace operation, as per (BMS). Soot Blowing, Pig decoking operation of Heater. • Operate Gas Concentration Unit to control RVP & IBP of naphtha. • Handling the Knockout & Flare system Low Pressure &Acid Flaring. • To ensure safe chemical handling. • Coordination with Technical Services, QCL, HSE and Oil Movement. • Troubleshooting Power Failure, Power Dip, Instrument Air Failure, Transfer Temperature, Level, Flow & Pressure, Fouling in Heat Transfer Equipment etc. IMPORTANT FEATURES HSE: • PSM, PHA, Hazop. • Incident investigation report system (IIRC) Risk Assessment of DHDS Unit. • Conducting Mock Drills and Safety Talks ,First Aid • Oracle work permit polices.
