   Work closely with the proposal management team to support new bidding opportunities
  timely & efficiently.
  Engineering
   Accountable for Organized & timely issuance of engineering drawings and technical
  documents for Inter-Discipline Checks (IDC’s) & coordination for integration of inputs.
   Lead design reviews (30%,60%,90) with Client and design engineering contractors.
   Reviews & Approval of vendor drawings, documents, design calculations.
   Ensure compliance with the company’s ISO Quality procedures and QMS guidelines.
  Coordinate Internal and Client audit requests, facilitate audit procedures for piping.
   Participate in preparation and implementation of standard design guides, specifications,
  data-sheets and checklists as required.
   Managing electronic data handover to customers with the help of contractors/DCs.
   Preparation of PMS, VDS, Special item data-sheets.
   Coordinate Material Take-off (MTO) activities, identify irregularities, discrepancies, and
  shortfalls, take corrective action as required.
   Oversee the set-up of the Material Management system, incorporating the project
  specifications. Coordinate and incorporate the MTO from the 3D model. Update and
  maintain the system to incorporate the latest material requirements.
   Interface with Client representatives as required for resolving any technical issues.
   Promote and maintain the application of ethical and professional practices in the
  execution of engineering work.
   Support on-site piping construction for technical issues and providing resolution
  suggestion
   Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of piping design and facility 3D model to generate
  construction work packages.
   Prepare a list of engineering deliverables and time-based functions to facilitate the
  planning and control of the engineering budget.
   Procurement, Fabrication & Inspection
   Lead Inquiry Requisitions to Valve vendors & Fabricators.
   Handle all TQs with all vendors on board till award.
   Manage & release Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
   Prepare Purchase Requisitions.
   Leading KOM with valve vendors, fabricators, technical discussions.
   Tracking schedules, resolving technical queries with regular meetings/shop visits and
  Follow up till final deliveries from vendors.
   Schedule & inspect final modules for correctness & responsible for skid checkouts.
