  Current Assignment: Network Support Engineer
  Specific Accountabilities include:
  ? Monitor and analyze network performance to ensure optimum network operations
  ? Appointed NMS and System Admin for the Network Operation Centre
  ? Configuration of Adaptive Broadband equipments required in wireless communication.
  ? Monitoring and troubleshooting of domestic and International E1 lines for maximum uptime
  ? Performing pro-active tests on ISDN and Analog PSTN lines for better QOS
  ? Assessing the performance of vendor-supplied equipment and services on existing networks, and co-coordinating network preventive maintenance schedules.
  ? Carry out upgrades, enhancement, replacement and installation of new networking solutions and services.
  ? Maintained the Unix Server, Steel Belt Radius Server for Authentication Purpose and 3Com RAS for FaxOverIP Service all over Western Region.
  ? Maintaining and Ensuring Maximum Uptime of all servers in IDC including Backup systems management.
  ? Designed, Implemented and supporting of networking solutions (Switching, Routing, Security)
  ? Design, Implementation and support of Security solutions from different vendors (Cisco, McAfee,)
  ? Management of firewalls, their hardening and catering to the day to day changes in network and security requirements.
  ? Demonstrated capability in implementing security programs for client/users awareness in order to decrease exposure to threats and vulnerability. Adapt at developing effective security policies and procedures, project documentation and milestones, and technical/business specifications.
