  o Investigate and troubleshoot any anomalies, irregularities or problems related to production facilities. Obtain and analyze relevant data based on circumstances and situations and develop appropriate solutions or specify requirements for additional information or specialist assistance.
  o Work with the subsurface team to prepare conceptual and detailed basis of design for well completions.
  o Investigate and select artificial lift (Electrical Submersible pump & PCP pump) methodology.
  o Assist in a variety of minor and major technical investigations, to monitor plant performance. Study and analyze problems, assess feasibility, optimize design and provide technical input into plant modifications and other projects. Include making site visits to study problems or obtain information, specifying information requirements, and carrying out a variety of computer assisted and/or technical data gathering and analysis assignments.
  o Monitor production rates, and plan rework processes in order to improve production.
  o Undertake the safe production operation of all FPF activities.
  o Ensure that all oil & gas production safety control systems, inclusive of the ESD and fire fighting systems are fully functional
  o Work over programs including stimulation and other performance improvement opportunities.
  o Design and implements environmental control on oil operation.

  o Undertake and ensure that the Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are fully implemented and adhered to, so that Loss Prevention is maximized
  o Undertake all activities to achieve work quality in accordance with the Company QA/QC standards and procedures.
  o Undertake and ensure the safe and satisfactory operation of the FPF production facilities.
  o Review any abnormal readings and take corrective action.
  o Draft requests to deal with unresolved problems.
  o Assist in the planning of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize FSF facility down time and maximize oil production until successful completion, final inspection and acceptance of the work.
  o Liaise with superintendent on any FPF shutdown or start-up.
  o Ensure the timely operation of such to minimize loss of production whilst again maximizing Loss Prevention.
  o Assist engineering and other personnel to solve operating problems.
  o Coordinate with Engineering Superintendent or other department staff to answer queries or provide additional or back up support as required.
  o Coordinate the installation, maintenance and operation of oil field equipment.
  o Work closely with other departments to optimize field performance.
  o Write technical reports for engineering and management personnel.
  o Assign work to staff in order to obtain maximum utilization of personnel.
