  Responsible to develop, manage and monitor the performance of multi-skilled work force and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction as per acquisition plans of the organization
  ? End to End recruitment through bulk hiring /job fair/ campus recruitment.
  ? Handling 7 branches in Mumbai region
  ? Handling functional implementation of HRIS - SAP / Peoplesoft with alignment to HR Process & Policies
  ? Developing, redesigning and implementing HR policies and processes; attending and resolving employee issues regarding policies.
  ? Managing end to end recruitment which includes sourcing of profiles through Naukri Portal, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, salary negotiations with selected candidates and presenting final offer to the candidates
  ? Recruitment process right from sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, collaborating human resource requirements and facilitating smooth joining formalities
  ? Successfully managed Pre-Joining formalities, On-boarding, Documentation, issuing letters of Appointment, Medical, Confirmation, Transfer, Relocation, Exit and updating & controlling HRIS.
  ? Strong experience toward Employee grievance/Employee welfare/ R & R/ employee management
  ? Organized Employee engagement activities/ Birthday celebration/ Festival celebration
  ? Performance review for all sales employees and ensuring they complete the required number within the timelines
  ? Internal Talent hunt for next promotion and briefing the employees for assessment
  ? Payroll inputs data which includes New joinees, Left, Salary hold & release case, Confirmation, Transfer, Relocation, Payment (Joining Bonus), LTA & Medical Reimbursement, Loan, Bank Account Details
  ? Checking the accuracy of payroll output against the input data and prepare verification report for current month v/s. previous month Payroll data for discrepancy, if any
