  Duties
  
  1. Planning of maintenance schedule for the M & R department of Oiltanking Odfjell Terminals Oman LLC, Sohar, Sultanate of Oman in coordination with the M & R coordinator.
  2. Erection and maintenance engineer for the subcontracts done in Sohar Steel LLC, and Jindal Shadeed Iron & Steel LLC, Sohar, Sultanate of Oman
  
  Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily working plan according to the weekly and monthly plan.
  • Interact with contractors, attending meetings, check the daily progress report from the site supervisors.
  • Daily co-ordination with project engineers and supervisors of the client and the contractors to effectively achieve the targets.
  • Monitoring, controlling and tracking of all project variable resources, cost, time, scope and quality of deliverables to ensure that the team is making satisfactory progress.
  • Collect information about the daily usage of consumables and accordingly prepare procurement plan in cooperation with the procurement department.
  • Controlling the site supervisors and the employees in such a way that will result in much better production.
  • Fixing problems in the site which will cause delay in work.
  • To make sure that everyday activities are under the daily plan and plan for the next day.
