ERP Implementation at First Step Educational System Private Limited

I shifted the company from a less efficient single entry based system to IFRS based Accounting software with a RTMS for our fund collection and invoicing to customers, linking our system with bank. Systematic approvals, Requisitions, Implementation of stores modules, Payroll processing, Different management reports, Reconciliations and Interlinkage of Administrative with support departments was a part of this change process. I personally supervised all the matters and shifted the company to more systematic, efficient, reliable and composed environment, while creating value to all the stakeholders


ERP Implementation Support

Shifted the Excel based system on an SQL based customized software system for the branches and I was one of the Key Personnel during this transition phase and I took active part for conversion from Excel to SQL based Customized Software and changed our whole processes and procedures, which led the company to structural efficiency and the new work era started.
