1. Maintain Human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change on job classifications and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
2. Maintain Daily Attendance tracker, Maintain records of Employment visa, Visit Visa, Expiry and renewal, Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts, Maintain records of Master Sheet-New joiner’s, exit, Vacation, Termination and resignation.

6. Liaison with PRO regarding the visa’s processing and performing assistance to PRO different Government Departmental legal documents related to HR.
7. Assists projects/departments with queries on documentation requirements and submissions, Able to react quickly and effectively when dealing with challenging situations.
8. HR administration, making payroll, Performance appraisal’s, Hiring and Termination.
9. Deals with the employee requests regarding Human resources issues, rules and regulations
10. Maintain confidentially around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
