8. o If Govt., or Private Sector – Create vendor or advance payment, otherwise PO formalities o Receive the details from Client – CAD or PDF, BOQ, Size for Desk. WS, ETC o Prepare Layout / Drawing ( 2 options ) with SSP ( Description, Size, Supplier , Finish, Made)
9. o After finalize the Layout with SSP, Prepare Quotation o Finalized SSP & Quote – Physical visit to our showroom or assemble WS or Desk set with chair o If any changes – Prepare layout , Quote, SSP o Receive PO or Payments – Check the stock availability, Otherwise order to our supplier, if Custom made ( discuss with our factory )
10. o Planning for Delivery & Installation process as per Clients need o Visit site twice a day – Check the material, finish, edges o After completion of work – Prepare delivery feedback sheet with clients support o Prepare Invoice for final payment process
