  • Process design and feasibility quotes of water treatment plant (commercial, process, effluent recycling, ZLD plants, drinking water plants) base on RO, UF, IXS/D, IXD, Pre-treatment, Filtration & Distillation technologies.
  • Process design and feasibility quotes for ETP & STP based on MBBR, bio cleaner, wetland (natural and constructed wetland), SBR, MBR, ASP, trickling filter, aerated lagoon, anaerobic lagoon, UASB, WSP & advance wastewater treatment technology like UV, Ozone & etc.
  • Design and analysis of water distribution system by using EPANET, WATERGEMS and WATERCAD.
  • Design of water and sewerage pumping stations & selection of pumps and piping diagram.
  • Design and analysis of sewerage drainage system by using SEWERCAD, SEWERGEMS & InfoSWMM software for domestics, commercial and government projects (Tender Filling)
  • Cost Estimations and preparation of CAPEX, OPEX and per M3 cost of projects, for well understanding of provided solution to client.
  • Evaluation & Analysis of sample analysis reports, visit reports, lab trails report and making Performa for newly site visits.
  • Design & quotes of flow monitoring system, that is based on V-Notch or wires.
  • Working with in R&D team to find the solutions for water & environment.
  • Develop the new projects for different NGOS, related to water & environment.
  • ISO/IEC 17025, internal lab editor.
  • Prepared IEE, EMP and EIA of WTP, WWTP projects.
  PROJECT COMPLETED
  • WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS: Almost above 100 project design of waste water treatment plants (STP, ETP & CETP). Notable project that successfully completed are Diamond paint, Pepsi NBL, Pepsi Multan, army STP (package type WWTP), azgard 9 and Adam Dairy.
  • WATER TREATMENT PLANTS: Almost above two hundred water treatment plant design which are based on RO (Sigle and double pass RO), Filtration, Distillation, softener & demineralization plants, and 50 plus plants that were design by me and they are running well at sites.
  • Sewerage and water supply projects, ablution plants and etc.
  • Pilot projects & complete R&D for wastewater treatment.
