Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform routine testing of base oil, glycols, fuel oil, brake fluids, used engine oil, solvents, and diesel.
Operate GC-FID, Karl Fischer Titrator, Flash Point Analyzer, pH Meter, Distillation Unit, and Density Meter.
Conduct experimental trials, analyze results, and support product quality improvement.
Assist Lab In-charge with calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab instruments.
Perform base oil & glycol testing with strong knowledge of analytical methods & procedures.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Provide real-time QC feedback to production teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of tests, samples, and results.
Properly collect, label, and store samples to prevent contamination.
Support development and validation of new testing methods.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized laboratory environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Indian nationality preferred.
Male candidates preferred.
0–3 years of lab experience; 1–2 years in oil & gas or lubricants preferred.
Ability to work independently, including shift duties.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
