Summary of Career
1. Currently managing the overall company’s Contract/Tender Management Pre & Post e.g. Initiate the project, Schedule the activity/task, Execution of entire project/operations, Control & Monitoring the complete project scope of work/cost/quality/HSE, finally Closing of the project with all deliverables, set out milestones.
2. Single point responsible and accountable for the management and execution of all aspects of the Service to ensure quality deliverables, on time and within agreed costs. - Managing the Integrated Service Contract, all aspects of project development management and general management.
3. Preparation and issue of EOI, Invitation to tenders, NDA’s. - Evaluating tenders (technical & commercial) and clarifications. - Carrying out the Commercial negotiations, Contract preparation and award with appropriate contractual and commercial terms.
4. Post-award administration and finally performance monitoring and management process. - Developing the bidders list(s), including pre-qualification exercises and evaluating them. - Control and update supplier qualifications which contribute to the procurement plan.
5. Preparing tenders, tender clarifications, tender bulletins, and conducting pre-tender meetings. - Providing support to project management team the claims presented by subcontractors and/or construction suppliers are in line with contract/LPO - Screen / Endorse employment of all Key Personnel and Core Personnel under the Contract.
6. Custodian of Contract Management Systems and processes, ensuring all are kept current and updated. - Implemented governance model, company manual, policies, procedures & work instructions within the organisation. - Ensuring the effective compliance monitoring for the overall Contract Management.
7. Ensuring fairness and transparency is maintained when dealing with Vendors, sub-Contractors in accordance with business principles. - Review & evaluate client tender documents, subcontract & suppliers bids to identify potential risks and deliverable requirements. - Managing the project’s contractual change management, resource management, deliverables (related to client, consortium, subcontract, and vendors).
8. Contractual correspondences, identify contractual concerns and recommend corrective actions. - Participating in dispute resolution and providing support, guidance, & contractual advice to management & team. - Leading & managing the team of manager, engineers, QS and supervise their work on assigned projects to ensure set targets are met. - Liaising with all relevant parties and ensure that adequate engineers, supervisors, QS, resources & services are available for the project.
9. Preparing each and every project steering committee and tender committee submissions to ensure fulfilment of the terms of reference. - Recommended the purchase team and contracting functions the required revisions to LPO & contracts for project scope, providing all the required justifications for contracts revision. - Providing full support to project management team for risks and opportunities cost & time impact analysis pertaining to construction suppliers and subcontractors.
10.
