  ? Inspection of final weld quality for Visual Defects, weld face and root appearance, reporting the welded joints at Fabrication Shop.
  
  ? Inspection and verification of instrument and Equipment orientation, prior to start full penetration welding.
  
  ? Raw material inspection : Visual, dimension, verification of correctness, identification and correlation with manufacturer’s test certificate
  
  ? Inspection of weld edge preparation as per approved drawings, fit-up, preheating.
  
  ? Coordinate with clients and subcontractor representatives on daily basis to resolve any quality problems or issues.
  ? Analyzing & maintaining welder performance records.
  
  ? Weld Visual and Evaluation of welder performance with statistics report.
  
  ? Monitor and carry out day to day fabrication and inspection activities on welding
  
  ? Witnessing of subcontractor welder qualification test and evaluation of test results
  ? Inspection of welding before, during and after welding
  ? Execution of inspection at various stage of construction as per ITP
  ? Checking Specification compliance and compliance with Approved drawing
  ?
  ? Ensure the rotating equipment inspection auxiliary piping, conduit, instruments, coolers , seal pot consoles shall be mounted separately from the machine & driver. These items do not interfere with the removal of the machine or driver with access to the machinery for normal operation &maintenance.
  ? Ensure before pipe connection pipe flange face serrations are free from damage and meting to the standard of B16.5 Table3
  
  ? Surveillance and checking the site for the conformity of works as per specifications
  ? Raising the non-conformance if any violations/deviations found with reference to specification and procedures.
  ? Follow up inspections to implement the corrective actions.
  ? Ensure to avoid the reoccurrence of violations and implementation of preventive actions.
  ? Responsibilities include monitoring and inspection of rotary &static equipment’s.
  ? Ensuring the works are performed in accordance with the specification procedures, inspection and test plan procedures
