  Provide leadership, direction, and expertise for full scope of P&C function (for manpower strength of approx.8000 personnel), to align the P&C initiatives with business priorities to drive results and achieve targets.
  Work closely with stakeholders to identify their P&C needs in line with the business and accordingly support by driving talent acquisition, development activities, employee engagement and motivation.
  Analyze data, understand trends, and develop solutions to support business objectives and P&C initiatives.
  Lead HR projects to build a culture driven by performance, leveraging the rewards and recognition programs.
  Ensure company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, auditors and government agencies.
  Manage Budget, report monthly on budget performance for all BUs; oversee forecasting activity for headcount across all functions and business units.
