The position supports contract lifecycle activities including manpower planning, sourcing coordination, documentation, and performance tracking while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer manpower contracts throughout the contract lifecycle
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and recruitment agencies
Support manpower planning and sourcing activities
Ensure accurate documentation and records management
Monitor contract performance and service delivery
Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely processing of all documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
4–5 years of relevant experience in manpower contract administration or recruitment coordination
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA (PR creation, PO creation, invoicing, Service Entry Sheet)
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
