Summary of Career
1. Have worked into all HR related work such as- Onboarding and Existing process.
2. Have worked as an Admin Assistant :- looking after all the admin related work, maintenance part of the office,vendor management etc...
3. Have worked as an Front desk and all other front desk related work.
4. Have worked as an EA to director :- Managing his day-to-day activated, arranging his travels, Managing his calendar etc..
5. As an Admin role I am also looking on the vendors management part, looking after employees day-to-day needs,looking after the employees group mediclaim policy. after
6. In HR part I am:- Employees onboarding process,their offer letterheads,Payroll, attendance from the system.
7. Coordinating office activities and day-to-day operations,managing the office-boys and also other lower level employees
8. Create and update record of database to the mangment.
9. Manage phone calls,emails and other communications etc.
10. Handle petty cash, maintain petty records,maintain office stock excel sheet etc..
