Summary of Career
1. Screened and responded to all incoming telephone calls, in a professional manner.
2. Maintain documentation for projects under taken by Contracting Division making in use the project numbering system for easy traceability and proper filing (soft and hard copy). Handle the utility and phone bills monthly.
3. Make Local Purchase Order (LPO) after receiving the Material Requisition Form from concerned staff and Handling petty cash and invoices.
4. Handled and distributed incoming and outgoing office letters, emails, and memos, as required. Dealing with correspondence
5. Managing and updating logs/registers for incoming & outgoing mails.
6. Preparation of documents and handing over to pro for applying all type of visas.Prepare offer letter and necessary approvals.
7. Monitor Leave application, Prepare leave settlement, Forward to Accounts for deduction if any and disbursement, Transportation arrangement to airport drop/pickup.

9. Monitor Time sheet, thru concerned department. Monitor, check and verify the attendance, monitoring monthly attendance sheet for salary preparation.
