Summary of Career
1. Responsible for the monthly accrual and reversal of all the major vendors of furnace oil and gas such as Pakistan State Oil (PSO) BYCO Petroleum and Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) through SAP S/4 HANA. Estimated controlling numbers are Rs 20 Billion.
2. Responsible for the creation of release order (RO) for all the major vendors of furnace through SAP MM Module. Total 20 RO's.
3. Responsible for the swift processing of monthly payments through SAP extended paper less solution called Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). Estimated controlling number are Rs 30 Billion.
4. Responsible for all the contract and compliance management with the 3rd party contractor General Electric (GE) USA, operating in our generation plants
5. Responsible for the accruals, reversals, creation of RO's, SES, settlements and payments for alll the 3rd party contractors. Estimated numbers are Rs 1 Billion.
6. Responsible for ledger reconciliation for the major vendors using SAP FICO Module. Total 5 vendors.
7. Monthly purchase and consumption report for the management decisions of High sulfur fuel oil (HSFO), High speed diesel (HSD), Regasified liquefied natural gas (RLNG) and Natural gas.
8. Variance analysis reporting for the imported goods for generationa and transmission. More than 5k line items.
9. Goods in transit and purchase order maintenance monthly reporting for the upper management. More than 3k line item.
10. Entertain correspondence to internal, external and National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) audit and issues relating to the reconciliations to the stakeholders.
