• As a store manager I was responsible for maintaining the daily functionality of the store which includes ordering
and stocking inventory, financial and banking process maintaining customers, sub dealers and employees
• Verify orders and invoices, noted shortages, reported claims and ensured appropriate billing and breakdowns of
loads and product make claims with transport companies if delivered product has been damaged.
• Building strong relationships with sub dealers, customers and dealing with their queries and ensure that top sellers
are always in stock.
• Training and monitoring sales and delivery person including assigning and following up on tasks.
• Monitoring availability of freezer and visibility of all products in our store and our sub retailer stores.
• Arrange stock according to the requirements and established procedures. In case of emergency or in order to
replace outdated material, suggest substitutes available in the store.
• To check the shelving and floor in the store as well as all the coolers and freezers in daily basis so that it was tidy
and presentable to the customers.
• Ensure that all transfers are done on daily basis for all the stores maintain a log book in daily basis includes DSR
and closing cash process.
• Forecasting future sale and achieve the target of our store by push a retailers to sale our product and improve sales
by covering a new market area.
• Ensure the products are merchandising shelves and in dynamic displays and follow (FEFO) concepts.
