   Preparing and review of Project OHS Construction Management Plan and project-related all other plans.
   Effective communication and implementation of HSE Management Systems accredited with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 throughout the company.
   Statutory compliance with OHSAS (Occupational Health Safety Assessment Series) with respect to Environment and Implementation of OSHAS 18001 & EMS 14001 system at site & its documentation.
   Preparation & Maintenance of corporate HSE procedures (Standard Operating Procedures)
   Provide safety leadership, ensure facility compliance with corporate safety standards, improve safety performance, and ensure facility safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
   Ensures that senior management within the company is aware of their legal obligations to comply with legislative requirements relating to HSE and provides advice as required.
   Preparation of Emergency Response Plans as per its key components like Evacuation procedures, escape routes and floor plans
   Planning of annual Audit Schedules for Internal (in-house) and Field HSE Audits.
   HSE Campaigns for the promotion of HSE culture throughout the organization
   Cumulative Evaluation of HSE Statistics of all the sites on a Quarterly, annual basis and reporting to the higher management.
   Conduct internal awareness training as per training matrix, project requirements and client recommendations.
   Guiding management in the effective implementation of all project-related plans, procedures, regulations and standards.
   Conducting site HSE induction to company Workforce / Clients / Consultant / Sub-Contractors and Visitors.
   Interface with project management on daily basis to understand what field activities are to be performed in order to provide safety cover.
   Preparing scenarios for emergency exercises and drills, conducting mock drills, liaising with client, record preparation and finding gaps during these drills.
   Implement the site hazards identification programs(including Sub-contractors)
   Monitoring and managing HSE practices at the site by regular inspection at sites to ensure the company’s policies are being complied with properly. Ensure that unsafe work condition practices are corrected by the concerned group.
   Delegate responsibilities of HSE team to provide effective safety monitoring supervisor support program.
   Incident investigation, reporting to concerned authorities, recommendation, follow up procedures and back up training.
   Coordinating and arranging HSE meetings at the site and higher management level as per approved frequencies.
   Attending weekly, monthly, and emergency meetings with clients and report on company safety performance.
   Preparation of Risk Assessments with the authorities TRANSCO, MUSANDA, ADM, ADDC, as per their approved system and assisting Engineers and their team while preparation of related Method Statements.
   Ensure that all equipment mobilized for the project are suitable; fit for purpose; safe for use.
   Issue safety violation notices/memo of dangerous occurrences and practices.
   Make sure the basic welfare facilities at the site are available and emergency evacuation procedures available at all sites.
   Submitting HSE-related records to management, Consultant, Clients and concerned authorities as per requirement.
   Make sure that waste generating being managed as per CWM-AD guidelines.
   Monitor work permits shall be obtained prior to any work commencing and work shall be carried out in accordance with specific measures itemized on the permit.
   Ensure all required safety signages including COVID-19 signboards, notices, posters and other safety-related literature is properly displayed for employees' information.
