1. Ensure Work Method Statement (WMS) implementations of Design as per drawings and specifications of different structures.

2. Ensure availability of Materials, Tools, Equipment, Machinery and workers as per site requirements.

3. Maintain the quality standards at the site specifications and requirements.

4. Provide instructions and demonstrates work to supervised level and help to resolve the problems.

---

5. Identify Construction risks and prepare action plans to mitigate exposure.

---

6. Prepare daily reports on site activities and requirements

---

7. Preparation of BOQ and Construction for RCC foundations for equipment. E.g. Pipe support structures, Pipe support platforms, Pipe Crossovers etc.

---

8. Perform group discussions on drawings, BOQ and specifications to ensure the implementation of construction activities as per WMS and specifications.

---

9. Prepare roster/schedule for shift workers.

---

10. Prepare Daily Site needs to identify and arrange on site resources to be used.
