Summary of Career
1. Be responsible and accountable for the proper coordination & performance of safety supervisors and field Safety Officers.
2. Ensure the effectiveness of PTW System.
3. Monitoring assigned site/location and ensuring good Health, Safety and environmental performance of the project site and reporting to Project HSE Manager about all deficiencies.
4. Communicate HSE rules and standards to company's Construction Management, Subcontractors, Rentals/Hired workforce.
5. Participate in incident/investigation roles.
6. Conduct joint site Inspections regularly with site safety supervisor & site engineer (construction), report any unsafe acts/conditions to the lead engineer, provide recommendations to correct deficiencies and follow-up to ensure corrective actions have been implemented and verified.
7. Managing Contractor, Sub-Contractors safety management system.
8. Ensure H2S and other gas detectors are calibrated by approved third party and working accordingly.
9. Conduct training sessions for my team.
10. Assist, Guide and Manage risks and hazards within the Project.

My Responsibilities include:
• Be responsible and accountable for the proper coordination & performance of safety supervisors and field Safety Officers under his authority.
• Understand health, safety and environmental requirements of the contract — i.e. Schedule ―B, D and this document — as well as the CSSP, HIP, GI’s, CSM, environmental health codes including local laws and all other best practices Saudi Aramco follows.
• Preparing HSE Plan, procedures & ensure implementation.
• Visibly demonstrate the priority of safety in all activities, including setting a good personal example.
• Monitoring assigned site/location and ensuring good Health, Safety and environmental performance of the project site and reporting to Project HSE Manager about all deficiencies.
• Communicate HSE rules and standards to Br. C.A.T. Construction Management, Subcontractors, Rentals/Hired workforce.
• Conduct joint site Inspections regularly with site safety supervisor & site engineer (construction), report any unsafe acts/conditions to the lead engineer, provide recommendations to correct deficiencies and follow-up to ensure corrective actions have been implemented and verified.
• ‘’Stop work as per HSI 063 and Area Manager’s Stop Work Authority Policy’’.
